Pyonotchi's are gotten by average care. If you worked bad then you'd get a Tsunotchi, Sekitoritchi or this stick-up-hair tama.
Working really good gets a Mametchi, Kutchipatchi, Memetchi or Mimitchi. Pyonkotchi's are not all that bad too but it doesn't mean it's really good to get too.

Pyonkotchi and Pyonchitchi are 2 different characters Mametchi 4ever. Both Pyonkotchi and Pyonchitchi are good care characters as far as I know. But you shouldn't get caught up in all this good and bad character junk. Just enjoy the characters you have.
