:huh: is it a baby??? if so you cant baby sleep at random!

it wakes up in 5 mins

others sleep for one whole day

The light feature is a "auto" program. It will turn on and off by itself.

Change the time.

Change the time to AM.

9 Am or 10 Am

 
He just tried changing the clock to both 9 am and 10 am and neither change caused the Tamagotchi to wake up.

Is his tamagotchi a baby? Baby tamagotchis have naps that usually last 10 minutes. If not, change the time to when it is awake usually.

I suggest you "RESET" or "DOWNLOAD" your tamagotchi.

How to Download or Reset

1. Turn to the back of your tamagotchi.

2. At the bottom, poke a pencil/pen in that small hole.

3. You should hear a sound "BEEEEEEPPPPP"

4. Press the B button and 2 options will appear. "RESET" and "DOWNLOAD.

(A egg should be on the screen)

This will not mess up your tamagotchi

If your son's tama is a baby, then it will take a nape for about 5 minutes.

But if it isn't a baby, try setting it to 11am. And if that doesnt work then I dont know, sorry.

Yes, except they rewind your tamagotchi about 7 hrs before.

He/she may lose a age.

 
Tamagotchi version 4 goes to sleep automaticly because where the light button used to be is now taken up by tama post buton

Either wait or do the same as v3 (press B then hold C then A and go to the time by pressing B 3 times select 9:00 AM then press B again) and you have got yourself your tama woken up. :nazotchi:
