did you type in a logout code if you did your tama should come back and then don't close the tama town down yet the keep on clicking ok and then it should give you the passwords for all of you souviners hope I helped!!!!

What are souveneirs?

The things I get on TamaTown don't appear on my Tama!

Make sure to type in the correct username and password. When you click the "Log out" button on tamatown they should give you a list of passwords. Soveuneirs are NON-USABLE items you get from tamatown to get on your tamagotchi.
