help! my friends v4 tama was crying she praised it was still crying!!! and all its hreats were full

i reset and downlode for her then it was ok!!

but why did this happan!!! is it a glitch?? coz i dnt want it to happan to mine!!

plz help!!

i dont have v4. but it might be a glitch i mean in v3 it becomes like that sometime when all the hearts are gone. but no hearts gone, not suer maybe a glitch
