I'm a gen2 and in my signature you'll see my tama's ages and all that but it won't give me passwords for parents!

Go to the "Parents" section and go to a Parent and Press B button keep on pressing it until you see a Password. SOMETIMES they won't give passwords for the OLDEST PARENT.I'm a gen2 and in my signature you'll see my tama's ages and all that but it won't give me passwords for parents!

IT won't even show the parent it just makes a low beep!

You are on the first generation, that's why. Did you delete any friends??

I have a similar problem -- we're new at this; onto Generation 2. The parent is showing up in the list, but the profile says "Gen 1" and we can't get the password to visit the parents. Our other tamagotchi retained all points and items, this one lost all points and items. What is the deal??! :mimitchi:
