Ooh, this IS strange! Maybe put it under some kool air, sometimes that helps.

The screen (behind the plastic lens) is made of two layers of glass with a liquid in between. When you break the glass, the liquid spills, and the screen can not work properly any more. It can not be repaired.

That's the same thing that happened to my Nintendo Ds :o

I would suggest you get a new one. This sort of damage CANNOT be repaired.

Yes but before binning it just check if it's just a glitch or it overheated or something to be on the safe side.

If black inky stuff is running on the screen, it's not a glitch, it's broken.

Even if it was overheated, it is not repairable.

yeah, the lcd is broken. it's not fixable.

I'm sorry to say, but your tama is no longer going to work. the lcd cracked and the ink is coming out, it is unrepaiable, the screen will no longer work, and you will not be able to see your tama. You are going to have to buy a new one...

I suggest get a new one, take it apart, switch screenes, put it back together, and download your tama.
then all the info will still be on it :lol: :lol: :P
