Did you try resetting?
If that didn't work, then try pressing A, B, & C buttons all at once the hit reset. the let go of all buttons except A the let go of A. If nothing happens, Press reset again and hit Download if it works.
did u try hitting the C button again if u did and it didnt work u may have not scribbled on the debug button enough then u'll have 2 do it again if that doesnt work then u might have tooken a risk of messing something up and did mess it up but dont worry theres always away 2 fix it.
