Looking for Avatar maker

I wanna make a Avatar that has like 3 frames. (AKA 3 scenes) But I found one that wouldnt let me upload the icon >.< Can someone find me a Frame Avatar maker? I RLLY want to make one........XD <_<

Did you try iconator.com ? cause i made one there (i'll use it as my avvie tommorow)

But it only works with GIF images.

If you're stuck, and it's a .Gif animator you're after, I think I can help. Just PM me the images (or post them here, if you'd prefer) and I'll animate them as soon as I can!

How I drop Images on it?

You have to save them on the Desktop in GIF format so when you open the program up you can just pull them off the desktop and into that white blankety space. xD

Hows my avatar messed up with the GIF formatting? When emmy299 gets on I can get a picture from her I guess...

Because GIF only uses certain colors. That means that if yo udo wish do use unfreez, you should only download pics that look good i nGIF formatting.
