Mostly when my tamagotchi was a Adult, the shoekeeper trip wouldn't work. So try using the trick when your tamagotchi is a baby, child, and teenager.

Its when you have too much food or items it won't work. If you try to press present when connect ting, it will say sorry list full. That can also mean that you cant do the shop codes
