What version is it? I have't got the v4, but in v3 you always get max. 150 points. Maybe it's a glitch...? Well, it'd be very nice glitch :(

Get isn't a game in the V4.

 
So it must be a gitch, as I said you can't get more than 150 points in get.

That's when your tamagotchi is a baby. When it's a Adult the highest score is about 400-600 points.
