Select the third icon on the top of the screen, "Toilet."

 

If your Tama's poop stacks up to 8 your Tamagotchi will soon become sick, so keep your screen clean! :kusatchi:

I know how to clean up poop I have had tamas since 2000 I think I know how to work them and I did use the toilet icon!!!!

Maybe your tama's batteries running low. (When the battery is low sometimes random glitches will happen)

Battery type- CR2032

Or simply your toy is defective.

i agree.

it could just be the batteries.

try getting them checked.

like itachi said, sometimes when the battery gets low, glitched occur.

 
If it's really acting strangely try pressing the reset button on the back, then when the Download / Reset menu appears on the screen, select Download.

 
Then your Tama is a dud and there is really nothing you can do with it if you've tried everything.

Try reseting it completely. Take the battery out for a day and put it back in and competely reset it.
