i need to know why i can't view my grandparents. I have my tamagotchi and it's in the 4th G and I can only view the parent..it seems everytime it evolves it somehow deletes the family stuff....what the heck is going on????? thanks in advance.

 
It really sounds like a glitch to me. Have you tried to totally reset at all and see if that fixes it? I know you probably dont want to when you are on Gen4 but maybe it will help.

 
The exact same thing happened to me! But I am on my 20th generation, so I think that my tamagotchi ran out of "memory". I think that maybe your Grandparents were viewed a lot as parents (their data can only be accessed a certain number of times) so they no longer work as Grandparents. Good Luck!
