The oldest Tamagotchi character I've ever heard of was Aaron, raised on a V3 by Kyliesmum. He died at age 145, on Aug 7, 2006. You can read all about it here: https://www.blogagotchi.com/kyliesmum2/

My oldest tama so far was a paparatchi who lived to 98 years. In actual age, your tama cannot be older than 99.
Aaron died when I went out of town on a trip. I had a policy not to pause him and not to change the time. When I was out of town, I was in an area that was an hour behind Aaron's time. That in turn made me oversleep when he got up.... He died at 145years old, although the age counter on a tamagotchi will not go past 99 years old. I took pictures each day to keep track of his age.

my tamigotchi got to 57 years old its not that old one once became 145 years old!
