The TamaSchool is a model of Japanese Tamagotchi. For information about it, you can read the Bandai TamaSchool product page (in Japanese), or this excellent guide in English.
Here's how to get Kunoitchi for free:
(1) navigate to the TamaSchool web site
(2) click on the flashing egg-pod above the orange door. It's near the very middle of the page. The info bubble near the left will display UNI QLO when your mouse pointer is on the correct egg-pod.
(3) get a login password from your TamaSchool toy and enter it into the TamaSchool web site at the Login No. screen. (On your TamaSchool toy, activate the heart icon in the lower left corner of the screen, then select the menu entry that starts with "PC". There are a couple of pages to that menu, so if you don't see any entries with "PC" just keep scrolling down.)
(4) after the welcome screen, you'll see the UNI QLO game introduction screen. Click on the Kunoitchi character in the upper right corner of that screen.
(5) at the password entry screen enter this password, then click ok: uniqlo-tamago
(6) on the next screen you'll see Kunoitchi waving at you. Click logout (it's the word just below Kunoitchi.)
(7) enter the logout password into your TamaSchool toy. (On your TamaSchool toy, press the B button, then use the A-pad to set the correct numbers. A-Up increases the number by 1, A-Down decreases it by 1, A-Left moves to the previous location, A-Right moves to the next location. Press the B button when the logout password has been entered, and the cursor is on the bottom right number.)
You will now see your class representative return with Kunoitchi. Kunoitchi will join your class.
Note: You can have only one of each type of character in your class. So, if you already have a Kunoitchi, subsequent Kunoitchis will leave without joining your class.
