well i can't put every tamagotchi fakes but look here on ebay or this other ebay page and loo the fakes!!!! WTF i am soooo angry aaaaaaaaaarg

I doubt they are going to be sued. This ALWAYS happens when a product comes out that makes alot of money. Different companies make products almost similar to them to make money. Examples: Ipods, game controllers, tamagotchis...etc.
