I never had to buy a baby paintbrush because I got that daft random event where (is it Boochi?) turns your pet into a baby XD
I was actually quite annoyed when I started playing again, in terms of points, because I had 800,000 neopoints, which was an obscenely huge amount 6 years ago, but when I returned to Neopets recently, I find that everybody has more, and you need over a million to get anything remotely good!
I remember saving for the fire fire pants on fire brush (the most expensive one at the time) which was 500,000. The fairy one was 250,000. Inflation has done crazy things.
I have a new account now, and a Buzz called Damselwings. She's beautiful ^-^
