I just got a V3 and I have the sound on but I can barely hear it. Whats wrong? :rolleyes:

 
IT'S PROBABLY BIENG MUFFLED BY SOMETHING. TRY TAKING OFF THE BACK.

after you do what tamakate295 suggested, and it doesn't work(if it doesn't), you might have a bad speaker. sometimes even machines make mistakes! you should consider reparing it. or, the battery might be bad.

If it's faint beeping, it's tamagotchi's internal clock, the V4 runs differently and doesn't make a sound though. XP Most tamagotchi's have the faint beeping. ;D

 
Maybe the battery is low. Try changing the battery. Tamagotchis take 1 CR-2032 button cell battery. Maybe that will work.

i am new here and to v4 when u chang the battery do you have to start over with it :eek:
