I'm not sure. I almost debugged one of my Tama's once. The only thing that stopped me was that I couldn't find a screwdriver that could unscrew those blasted tiny screws...but I kind of bent some of the plastic on the back and I saw the debug circle! Maybe I'll debug, then undebug once I find a good precision screwdriver.
