My sister and I were connecting our V4 and they are only best friends and they got married and had a baby and they are still just best friends if you can pleas explain! :huh:

 
Yes I have seen this a lot, instead of having 4 hearts.. This is just complety normal, Once my oldies had a baby around 2 smilies!
