Yeah I have the same problem. Can you use it with the match marker? And how old dose your pet have to be?

If you'd wish to take it off now, you can shange the time to 10 pm and the change it back to the normal time. ^^ Hope that helps!

Not when they poop. If you see the little problem icon lite up (the bottom right hand corner) and you pets in perfect health and everything, thats uaually when your pet needs to be disaplined. The icon should go away after that. That's what I do and it works. You can also pody train your pet...

It shouldn't sleep too long during the day, perhaps you have the time set wrong. You can find anserws to a lot of your questions in the instuctions that come with your pet. The'er in between the cardbord part.

No they can live longer then that. Mines 7. Is it possible that she had fed the pet to many snack and was over weight? I heard that they can die from being fed to much. But I'm not 100% sure...
