The older I get, the more I realize adulthood means nothing, and we're all still trying to figure out what we're actually doing.

I still love the tamagotchis and My Little Pony stuffs associated with my childhood, I collect vintage MLP figures, comic books and Grateful Dead Beanie Bears (by liquid blue.) I'd be a gamer if I had the attention span for modern video games, but the last game I actually finished was Spyro 3, so I'm okay with my system being 2 releases out of date. It's more affordable that way, and there's nothing wrong with the PS2. I'm also Stila fan of the guitar hero franchise since it was the most practical PT for my "gimpy" which is the loving nickname I have given to the pinky I almost cut off with a bandsaw in wood - crafts class in 12th grade.

I love defying expectations, and get a special fuzzy feeling in my soul when people underestimate me. Music is the language of my soul, and I'll find a way to avoid responsibility if it means I can watch abandoned from my "youth" play a concert.

I read compulsively, and if I have less than three books in progress at any time, I feel lost.

I have two favorite quotes, among the hundreds I enjoy.
"Those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music"
This one is often misattributed to NNietchez, but was most likely coined by George Carlin.
-AND-
"It's never too late to have a happy childhood."
This one is most assuredly by Tom Robbins, an author who may make many feel uncomfortable but has wonderful messages between the sultry lines.
