I never quite understood what "nothing wrong with him" meant --- till I got my tama plus... It basically means your tama still rolls around from side to side like it normally does, but its attention light is still lit.

I've tried that several times already --- Cuz it's the only way I can pause my Tama Plus for a long period of time... and yes... it asks me to DL every single time. ^___^ and it loads up my Kaikusan just they way I had left him when I placed the tab in --- as if nothing had ever happened to him...

regarding "Turning it off" I think you can stick the battery tab back in to save the battery. It saves the last major event for you so you can "download" again when you pull the tab back out. I think I posted more details under the battery tab question.

Actually --- It doesn't completely restart --- I am told that they now auto save the last major event --- say your tama transformed from a child to a teenager, and then you put the tab back in --- when you pull it out again, it will as you to : Download or Restart (I think) And you can choose to...

eh... from what I read on another post, it's age 0 the first 24 hrs age 1 the second 24 hrs and age 2 the third 24hrs go by hrs not days --- maybe that'll correct things... Hope that helped
