it dosent look to bad when ur used to it i hade to take the fur and black plastic casing(thats under the fur) to fix mine cuz its beak wouldent close when it stoped talking its eyes were closed when he was awake and half open when he slep so ya know the rest if not...oh well! :D

I am very sad to say your furby may died of old age but if you pm me i mat be able to help you do an operation on it with your moms permition
