all i can say is look at the V3 Chart. It's on this site.

go to any grociery store ( i go to bel air) and go to the battrey, camera, etc. aisle. Then go to the small round battreys. Then get a battrey that say CR2032 and buy it. thats what i do! hope it helps! :)

I had that trouble with my v3 too. When u connected did u put V1? Cuz u have to do that or else it won't work :)
