Oh god... I have social anxiety, bipolar depression, PTSD, a sex addiction, an eating disorder, and traumatic brain injury. Those are things I have actually been diagnosed with, by a professional. Not self-diagnosed.

I've played lots of instruments, but the ones I focused on were marimba and vibraphone. I played those for about 5 years in high school and college. I haven't played in a while though. :/ When I have enough money, I'm going to buy a vibraphone. But that's going to be a while since they cost...
