... Maybe you got the wrong type of battery? It takes one CR-2032 (its 3 volts). :) Hope I helped! ^__^

You go to the book icon, then hit present, then hit item, hit the middle button on the item you want to go away,then when it says Wrap, hit the first button, then hit the midle button and hit yes.
