as of now toy kingdoms in SM Megamalls have the largest stock of tamagotchi, SM Lipa has V6 I don't know if others has a v5 but try SM in manila ;)

The tamagotchi's here in the Philippines were the latest trend on toys when I was grade 5 but now they'll laugh at you if you have one saying it's corny, but I don't mind

Here in the Philippines teachers will be very strict from preschool to high school but not in college, as long as your responsible enough your free to bring it along and play with it during breaks. Some parents won't care if you bring it along as long as you keep a high marked grades. :D
