Are there any differences between the European, American and Asian/Pacific releases of the tamagotchi v4? I read on the forum that someone had bought a tamagotchi that looked like a v4 but everything else was like a v4.5 and someone said it was because it was from Asia or something. Is this true?

I have social anxiety, GAD, panic disorder (which has been getting better lately, yey!) and depression. I've just started taking prozac so I'm hoping it'll help.
