yeah, those are really tough. i've dropped my tamagotchi so many times that my mom suggested that i'd get a case. when i spotted that i bought it and it really protects my tamagotchi. (:

the tamagotchi you bought is probably fake. BAN DAI has only made them up to v5.5 so far. and if they have made a v.8 BAN DAI would have put that on tamagotchi town. -this should have been posted in comments and rumors.

you can't exactly wake your tama up...if you want your tama to wake up, change the time. they sleep at night and are awake during the day. (:
