is it 9 am pacific? or mountain I need to know the time range

I'm hoping to get a v4.5 in october for my b-day i don't want a v5 because it has to many characters in one egg I only one little guy to take care of ^^

I remeber when I got my first tamagotchi V1 I was so excited ripping it with my teeth I cut my lip a little but I didn't care when I got home I stuck all the stickers on it and ran to my friends houses to show it off lol. I was overwhelmed it was sooo cute!
