    My Tama has been three for 10 hours now but it's still not a teen btw I have a gen 1 original Tama

    If you set the time at like 11 a.m, or you pause it too much, it is normal. I reset it and it is at age 1 right now. You are probably experiencing the Peter pan glitch. As i said, you can want to reset it.
