I bought my ID L from the seller of the white one, Kawaiiotakujp, and they shipped on the next day after the payment, they are reliable. Plus the white one it's cheaper, so two points for the white one in my opinion XD

Japanese guides, i mean that ilustrated books released only in japan, i presume they tell how to care, functions and so on. It's not a manual! XD
