I took perfect care of my v3 and it turned into like a Frankenstein thing, very ugly realy.

My friend's went in the washer, she took it out it had white lines on the screen i could not fix that, but I did fix mine by opening up the back(to where the computer is) gently wipeing it off, and leaving it to dry about a day

(do not try this with your tama, if you like it) I did this on my v2, I opened up the back where the computer is, scratched debug, put a bit of water on the debug, put it back together, reset it, it hatched very fast,because it was in fastforword mode, (you can tell if the egg shakes fast)...

^_^ Did you go to parent/History,keep pushing button B (middle) until it says ''password for pc'', enter that in your computer and you should be able to do what you want.
