    Alternate login to Tamatown?

I have a Music Star Tama and log in from a slow computer at the library. It doesn't work - never loads. Are there any alternative login sites?

Have Bandai just gone too far?

Well, here's my 2 cents on this. I have played the original and every connection tama including V4.5, which I thought best. The V5 has only those 4 games and ALL are just testing your reflexes, mostly in the same stupid push-one-button-at-the-right-time way. Past tamagotchis had more...

what would be cool in tamatown

What would be cool is if I could get into the V5 town at all - it's permanently traffic jam!

    What's your favorite drink?

1.) All Energhy drinks - Red Bull, Monster, 180 etc. 2.) One I mix myself: Mix Chocolate Milk with instant coffee powder, add vanilla or almond aroma. I make at least 3 pints for myself and down they go within 20 minutes ( 1.5 liters)

    Fake tamagotchi

What I would never buy is a cheap fake that's a copy of an existing tama - the original is unrivaled in ruggedness/quality. BUT I might fall for a "fake" tama that claims to be "more advanced" or has more functions than the current v4.5. Can't wait till more and more sophisticated tamas...

    V4.5 & V5

I searched with google for a V5. On Ebay there is a "V5 touchscreen". This is what it looks like: So it has a lid! What is it? ( The pic may not be up for long). V5 pic ???

    Are tamagotchis...

If a "geek" is someone who is modern, is into computers and electronics, then a tama is geeky, which I don't see as a bad thing. People who don't like geeks are maybe just backward. I'd only wish tamas would be more interactive - they should be able to talk and possess some artificial...

Am I to old for Tamagotchis?

Talk about old :P I am 42 years old and just bought a Tama V4.5 ( swirlie fun design ) . So adults indeed play Tama, too. In 1996, when dinosaurs ruled the world  I bought my first tama. Something like this And I am still playing tama. And will be playing tama for the next few...

    Two little tricks

1.) Since button C will bring an adult close up (or make a toddler happy), if you want to turn the sound off, pressing buttons A and C at the same time usually doesn't work - press and hold A, then C. 2.) If you catch your tama pressing to take a poop, clean up before it does so and you'll see...

    No match

I have a V4, the tama became a mametchi. I also had one friend, but only at "buddy" stage. This seems to deactivate the matchmaker, because none came until the tama became old at 9 yrs. At work, they give you a cane. Well, there's always reset

Piroriroritchi (Black Teen with a atena)

I can confirm what JudoQT said. Good care all the time, it's a 3rd generation tama. The only thing I did different from my 1st gen, when I got a young Mametchi, was that I was better at the bump game and let him play with the action figure a lot. He might just be very healthy, just a bit...

Have any tips how to win the games?

I'd be thankful for tips on how to score high on the games. Heading is easy, and I've read some tips on bump ( weigh 99 lbs, "go with the rhythm" ), but for example with "flag" I never have a chance (how do I know which one is the "imitation flag" ? ) and I can't win all rounds with sprint, no...
