Well, try taking out the batteries and putting them back in. If you want your tama back, just press the 'B' button, and press 'DOWNLOAD'. Your old tama will come back.

Yes, I love Tarakotchi's. They are absolutley adorable. They're not really unhealthy, it just depends on the owner.

Did you immerse your tamagotchi in water prior to this incident? Maybe it's a bug in your tamagotchi. Take out the batteries, and put new ones in.

How do you know that a tamagotchi can't die even if you take care of it? I don't see any statistics, any information, I see you have no proof. Or do you?

Alas, I have gotten a Debatchi before, but I didn't even expect it. All I can tell you is that you can get a creature with a 'Y' tail when Debatchi evolves.
