no........I hit reset........then this morning I tried the A +C that it suggests when it dies.....and the egg is still hopping around

My son got a Tama for christmas......it quickly hatched.......we took care of it for 3 days.....it was a very unhappy little thing and had it's back to us and constantly had to go to the doctor. Sadly enough it passed away. We now have a new egg on the screen, but it's not hatching! I reset...
