There is no v5.5 it's just the second set of designs that haven't come out yet.

The V5 is out in Cali, off Toywiz, I got mine yesterday, and I'm pretty sure they have them in ToysRUS here.

Do they have them in every shop in your area?

Antioch which is in California, ToysRUS does have em, remember? They said they would get them on Feb 15th but they acutally got theres earlier, so people can go to ToysRUS for em too.

For Toywiz, they shipped on Feb. 1st which was yesterday, I got mine yesterday.
