Do you have high speed internet? It often happens with computers that DON'T have high speed internet. And yes, it does happen to me. the first loading screen is okay, but the second one...not so much.

try turning the sound on, just incase one of the buttons doesn't work.

The battery probably has finger prints on it, my v4.5 did something similar, it just made unusual sounds when i pressed a button. :P
