It takes just a few hours from baby to toddler. Then 24 hours til teenager and another 24 to adult. Adults can get married at age 6, so roughly 36 hours from becoming adult to able to marry.

Well I would suggest getting a few characters at some point. They give you more games, shopping and sometimes items.

They were ok when I was new to tamatown. but after a while they just got annoying because none of my level 50 friends wanted them. Heck, nobody wanted them.

I've been putting in characters and it's given me new ones. I'm supposed to have only 5 characters and I have 7. I find this quite useful because I went online to Tamatown when the glitch happened and it gave me shopping for Mametchi.

Yeah my 1st generation turned into a Lovelitchi. I thought I was really lucky cuz she's like the most popular tama-go character EVERRRRR. I guess it's luck of the draw.
