With so many hard-core fans importing Tama's straight from Japan these days, have any of you been inspired to learn some Japanese ? Computer games inspired me to learn some basic Japanese years back and I have recently imported a TMGC+C and am now trying to brush up on my Kana reading again...

Well, I've reached the 3rd generation and I made a little diagram showing the growth and marriage of each Tama. Hope you like it :)

Ringotchi123 - I think we may be the only ones left in the hatch :( Oh well. I should move on to the third generation tomorrow so I'll then update with a 'report'. Will hopefully do a graphical family tree showing the growth of each Tama and who they married :)

Yes, I guess it really does depend on what your work environment is like. The more formal, the more restrictive your behaviour has to be (sadly). My work is mostly technical and full of 'characters' so it would not be a disaster if I was 'found out'. Saying that though - I rarely check on them...

Well, I'm pleased - my Shelltchi turned into Lovelytchi ! Cool ! She's 3yr, 42lb, full Hungry & Happy hearts, Training 10, Friendship 4. She's very cute when she comes up to the screen:

Ok. So I reset my TMGO last night (thanks for clarifying Aliciavz88) and now have a baby Belltchi. She has all her hearts full but only 4 training points so far. I have a busy weekend so hope I don't miss caring to her too much ! Grabbed a quick photo. I've name her Sayumi :babytchi:

I do love the characters in the Anime and the DS games and think the art-style is very cute but I think having a low-res image makes you use your imagination more. And being in a self-contained 'egg' you can carry is a big selling point IMHO. I do want to get an ID or a Tama Color but am still...
