TamaTown has been down now since MAY 2012. That is 9 months! It's just absolute B.S. that it takes that long to "fix" whatever was wrong with the website... Bandai seems totally obtuse to its customers, I think this activity now (with the rafting module up) is just to placate the bad press...

We are over four months now of the site down. All that time, not a single REAL informative reply from a contactable person at Bandai America. I have never heard of a company that behaves like this... What needs to be done, is to have someone - who lives relatively close to their offices, pay...
