THANKS for all of your advice - - - I took it back and got my money back but BOO HOO they are sold out!!!

My son's 3 day old Tama froze on "sound on/off". Pushing any buttons didn't work. We thought it was the battery and replaced it and pressed the reset button. Its still stuck. Any ideas on how to fix it or did we just get a dud? Do I return it to the store - like I said, its only 3 days old...
