Is Decotchi a good, medium, or low level character on the V3? I am asking this because I took perfect care of my tama, was expecting a Mametchi or Mimitchi, and ended up with a Decotchi instead.

On the V3 I know it takes 5 minutes for the egg to hatch, 1 hour for the baby to become a toddler, and 24 hrs for the toddler to become a teenager... but how long does it take for the teenager to become an adult (if there have been no pauses)?
