Do any adults go into the old grandpa/ma looking ones like Oyajitchi, Ojitchi or Otokitchi? Or are they adults? Cuz TamagotchiConnection.com says that they are adults but I was wondering if they are a stage AFTER adults. Help me out plz-n-thx!

My Tamagotchi is a 1G. What does generations mean or stand for? They seem quite pointless to me!
