Okay so, I know that Welcotchi can turn into Kuriritchi with happiness between 15 and 20 or when you 10 DIY crafts. I also know Welcotchi can turn into Curltchi with happiness between 0-5 or if you get a perfect score in the arcade more than 15 times which I have done but my Welcotchi also had full happiness before it evolved so why didn’t it turn into Kuriritchi?…
