Should the U.K release tamas the same time as USA?

Should the UK(United Kingdom) release Tamagotchis the same time as the USA? Because I think its unfair the Connection Version 3 was released in the USA ages ago and the connexion V3 hasnt even been releasd yet in the UK!

First Japan had it, then Australia then UK then US. It seems they went in another order this time.
