Tamagotchi Happy meal from 1998, variations help!

I have discovered that #1 (yellow egg) and #4 (red egg) have different characters in them and I need your help to figure out all that are available.

If I remember correctly... (My yellow is still MIA after all these years) The yellow one had four sides that rotated to be visible on the screen.

All of the red ones, with the rub off? I have only seen one character on them for all the ones I have seen.

I have a dark blue one with Nyorotchi on it. It's meant to light up when you push the screen but mine doesn't work anymore.
