  1. Part 1: The Viewer Itself The viewer is a colorful (or not-so-colorful, depending on if you buy it multi-colored or black) unit and has lenses that ensure your VR experience is complete. It is a very powerful rig that allows to do anything from explore the human brain to seeing what should be Inori Aizawa's best friend for gaming, Unity-chan perform live. Rating: ★★★★★ Part 2: The Setup After getting your package open and getting all the parts out (don't forget the lenses and head strap like I did!), constructing it using the guidelines, ensuring it's on right, downloading the Cardboard app on your Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5, or iPhone 6, and scanning the QR code below using the built-in QR code scanner, you're ready to play the base apps. I'd recommend the 360 degree YouTube channel. Then you can download what you want! Rating: ★★★☆☆ Part 3: The Experience Seeing stuff through lenses is fum, and VR is fun. Albeit the fact that the NFC prevents me from doing anything, the experience is fun. Rating: ★★★★☆ Part 4: Overall Overall, I'd rate it 8.5/10 for its entertainment factor and the ability to amaze yourself with it - whether it be by color or by the VR experience.

Making a PC into a Console

The option BlueCheeseMonkey suggested is the one I'm going for. It'll be custom-built, but I'm poor as of current... But I don't need dough, I got $6 in my mom's purse.

    TamaTalk is 11 years old!

    Happy b-day, Tamatalk. I dunno.

Making a PC into a Console

I was wondering, if I could make my own console sometime, out of a PC. Of course, it'll be difficult, but it could be entertaining. What do you guys think?

    First World Problems

The Tamagotchi! anime is dead, but I can't find voice actors to abridge it and the movie. I mean, who wants to do it? It's a dirty job trying to please fans.

What game do you play the most?

I play anything. Right now, I'm playing KH Chi and DB Xenoverse.

    Games that make you nostalgic

Personally, Budokai 2 is nostalgic, so is KH 1 - I'm playing through on 1.5 just as soon as I beat Chi and BBS! I spare Budokai 2 (with the exception of the occasional run) because it's really scratched up and I don't want it to break.
  9. I've been developing this game for a while and have recently decided to confirm a Tamagotchi Planet world, but I need ideas for a plot. The plot of most worlds is that the world has Lucen (beings without hearts, cannot feel emotion and are mostly evil, with a few exceptions) in it due to a villain hired by the main antagonists. Seth, Roxy, and Alissa land on the world and meet a party member, who guides them through the world. Seth, Roxy, Alissa, and a party member specific to each world must arrest the villain in order to proceed, but the villains aren't gonna give up without their goals completed and the Lucen having given the world enough chaos (one villain may use the Lucen for thievery, another may use the Lucen for vengeance, stuff like that), so they won't get arrested before getting weakened. Thus, the world's boss battle happens, and after that, the villain is locked up in prison, although they may return for revenge later on. Anyone got any ideas for a plot like this that seems fitting for a Tamagotchi-related world?
  10. I'm gonna be returning to New Leaf after almost a year soon, so I decided to open up a trade board to help myself (and other players) out. RULES: 1. Follow all Tamatalk rules, in addition to the rules here. 2. Please state whether you care about grass deterioration, flowers, etc etc before you say what services you need for what services you'll supply. 3. Do not take any items unless it's payment or a service your trade partner is giving away allows it (For instance, you may catch bugs on the Island if it's allowed, but you may not take any other items). 4. Please, stay on paths if needed by your partner. 5. Tips are optional. To be polite, I'm gonna give some tips to everyone I help out. 6. You can trade the following here: villagers, items, services, and advice. Do not trade real world items or items that have not been released. 7. Be fair! The only reason I'm allowing people to raid my Island for 15,000+ Bells or even more than that is because I have a LOT (Literally!) of weeds. The first ever trade on here is a weed plucking service (your part of the deal) for Island bug catching and shark fishing and a tip of 1,000 Bells per player (my part of the deal). I won't be able to do it immediately, so I'm looking for patient people who need Bells but at least have an ID picture so that they can travel to my town or get one by the time I return (you get it 10 minutes into the game, so why not?).
  11. Uhhh... It only earns points if it hasn't been taken a lot and isn't an adult. Wait a day or so (if it ain't gonna evolve, of course), or wait until it can get a job. If neither works, it'll take luck, so good luck.

OK, no LAN, but I was hoping we could do that. Maybe a "hardcore mode" where the minigames and final boss battle are harder, making it more gamer-oriented? We could make it unlock upon entering a command, which if implemented, would be called the "Collector's Command". It would basically be the same as the command used in older Macintoshes to force it to display a Sad Mac, but Windows-oriented, as long as the command wouldn't pop anything up (I.E. Ctrl+Alt+Delete or something like that). It would be pretty fun for me, and it would boost up my rating of it slightly. However, once the game ends, the game would require the hardcore mode to be selected before starting a new run (which means a playthrough of a game in case EMF sees this) again, preventing the game from becoming too hard for casual gamers such as EMF. If the command would pop something up, we could use a code. I'll leave the code up to you. And maybe a few easter eggs, such as a Dragonbox Pyra being seen in the final stage.

Bump by suggestion - we could include some sort of multiplayer mode where you can play co-op and/or competitive modes with your friends through a LAN up of to 5 players. And even though we have music, I might be able to do a remix of "Open Your Heart" from the game Sonic Adventure for the final boss. It's actually not about fighting, it's about stopping a threat to the world - in this case, Mametchi stopping Spacytchi from taking over Tamagotchi Planet.
