      Hi! Well firstly I'd say that I'm nearly certain that it's not released by bandai as I don't recognise it as a retro model, a connection model, or a newer model. Additionally, it has more than three buttons, which is an indicator of that. :) 

      I would suggest researching into different virtual pets to identify this one! The Virtual Pets - General section will be a good place to get your question answered, I think!

      I looked all over for this particular model, but couldn't find it. Perhaps it is discontinued? Would you know roughly how old it is?
