  1. I can’t believe it’s been more than a year since I last visited/updated my previous Tamagotchi log. I am back, sorta, with some changes to me and my Tamagotchis! After a bit of backtracking, I found out that I stopped updating my 20th Anniversary Mix log after the 15th generation, but I kept running it until the 21st generation. I had a habit of downloading and saving all of the sprites during that time. Sadly, I am pretty sure that I stopped doing that since it became a hassle and it didn’t really serve a purpose other than to preserve memories, which is already something that I have done with the log anyways. If I get a cute Tamagotchi in my new generations then I may do this. 2 months ago, I bought a Sanrio Meets off of Hobby Link Japan. I wasn’t actually thinking of buying it because by then I hadn’t touched my Tamagotchis for a while. At the same time, I really wanted to own a Sanrio Tamagotchi since I missed out on the Sanrio Mix, and I was not going to pay $100+ for it. So in the end, I decided to buy it once it was back in stock with the mindset that if I didn’t use it as much, I could sell it for a bit of profit. The Sanrio Meets is the first Meets that I have, and probably the only one that I will own. I know that I am super late to the party too, but I would like to start my log nevertheless. I am also very happy that there is also a Tamagotchi Meets App which allows you to connect the device to play games, receive/transfer items and even marry other people’s Tamagotchis! This will also mean that there can be more variety in terms of the offspring which I like very much, as someone with only one Mix and Meets to play with. I think that the additional free items that you can get in the app keeps the Tamagotchi quite lively with new content (like DLC), something that was lacking in, say, the V3 and the Mix (unless you had access to the Mix stations, which I do not as someone outside of Japan). My concern with having another Tamagotchi Log is that the content will get quite stale after a while, as seen with my Mix log. I was struggling to add anything new apart from recording each generation’s growth stages and who they married, so please pardon the ‘slow days’ that I predict will happen the longer this log gets. As seen with the title, I will be running my 20th Anniversary Mix alongside my Sanrio Meets. I'll also try to include the Meets app and all the cool things that you can get from it. My updates may be not be daily so in that case I will make a summary over what has happened. I'm looking forward to this new journey!
  2. I got my Tamagotchi ON today. The Green Magical. The Tama was a boy. So far there is a slight bit of lag with the buttons but nothing to hair pulling levels. The screw was really wedged in there, by the way you need a small flat head screw driver to remove the back to put batteries in and you need to pull down on the backing to slide it out. I fed him, he pooped twice so far and got a tooth ache from me trying to max is happiness out with snacks as I don't think games are available at the baby stage. Update: He pooped a few more times and I fed him some more before he grew up into a toddler, Hoshipontchi, the good care toddler so it looks like he's off to a good start! He went to sleep after that. Sadly because my Tama was delivered late in the evening I couldn't do much except the usual care for a baby before growth to a toddler. I'm sure if it was delivered earlier I could have played with him more. Also stinks because I have work tomorrow so now I have to unlock the hotel before I leave to make sure he's paused before I go. At least him becoming a toddler got me 300 gotchi points so that's enough for my work day plus travel time to and from work.
  3. Well, here I am, writing a log. I'm currently running the DMPC PC game, version 3, and plan on buying some Tamagotchis next time I get my money. I chose the Machine-type egg, and it hatched into this: It's cute, but it's been a few hours and it still hasn't evolved. I'm getting pretty impatient... Will let y'all know when it does. EDIT: IT EVOLVED RIGHT AFTER I PUBLISHED THIS! I'm setting up a Wing Guardians 'mon for it to battle against.
  4. Day 1: I received my tamagotchi entama in the mail yesterday, it was the best thing to happen. I inserted the cr2032 in the battery compartment and preformed a reset. I got a sense of childhood from starting it up. Then I received the first egg upon waiting, the egg looked like it had hearts on it. It hatched after waiting for a few minutes. I got a cute female young Mametchi named Aiko, I have never seen anything so adorable in such a long time. I decided to play the card match game with my Aiko, turns out i actually like that mini-game. Hopefully I can achieve something with my Mametchi.
  5. I decided after seeing all these logs I should really keep up with it! I take pictures as often as I can when my tama evolves or marries but I would rather start fresh. Today my little Aitichi evolved and shes is so adorable. Here is a picture of her. Shes a bit bratty honestly and needs alot of attention. Before her I had a family of 6 generations, I got sick unfortunately and she died while I was taking care of my serve cold. And as a background of that tree, it was cursed. Those eyes just would never go, and the hat was almost impossible to get rid of. And before she died, I dropped it on concrete at work, my bag decided enough was enough and just dropped it. Its a shame the family tree image is too large for here but another time I'll post it all together for everyone to see.
  6. Hey there! I'll be journaling my first Tama On diary. This afternoon I intended to start over a new generation since my teen evolved and I got Gozarutchi *again* due to bad care... And by bad I mean hours of neglect by sleeping in til noon and crazy part time shifts. The ninja hat trait was so persistent through the previous family tree and it wasn't my most favourite. BUT I decided I couldn't go through another tamagotchi funeral after the last one (it was too painful tbh) RIP great-great-grandchildren of Gozarutchi I. He was a weird looking combo but overall sweet boy. So I decided to keep my Gozarutchi II in loving memory of the previous Gozarutchi the I clan. Almost as an apology I fed him some curry from Tama Farm which he seemed to enjoy. Then I aimed to marry him off. Mister Goza also caught me off guard doing some paintings action. This was new. It was funny he was frustrated to get the ducks to stand up so he could paint them lol. We went ahead and bought the grand wedding ring. Costed 5000 G so that lucky gal better be saying yes. Our boi is flaming with passion. The unforgettable moment awaits...! Without any further delay he heads off to find the girl of his dream... We just got ourselves a Pizza Wife. So long, sad, single-life! Surviving my initial murder intention, my boy is officially in the manhood and properly wife-d. Fast forward the honeymoon we now have a cute custard baby. He does look like a little custard bun. I named him baby Hope. I noticed in the last generation that if I marry a tama with another prominent head-trait, it dominates over the ninja head trait. My Pizza wife does have a pizza head, I wonder if this time that could dominate over the ninja trait.
  7. Hello there well i got my very first tamagotchi today. I got the fairy pink one. The video i saw of it got me exited to try and raise one of my own. Cant wait to see what adventures we will get in. Ill keep posting and updating as much as possible.💖 Well my egg hatched into shizukutchi he is adorable I fed him the baby food then i gave him a bath. he went to the bathroom for the first time now im playing with him to get his happiness higher. he is my first generation tamagotchi. I think at seven he will fall asleep im not sure tho. Just now I just had to use the first aid kit on him. His happiness level is four bars so thats good. Ill also be posting pictures of his growth. 8. Hello and welcome to my mega bootleg log, and also first log ever! I will be running a bunch of different bootlegs and knockoffs, some of which are obscure. If you have any questions about one, please leave a question and I will reply to it in the next entry. Where to find fakes: eBay is good for older knockoffs from the 90's, while Aliexpress is great for finding new ones. Taobao also has a lot, but you might need a middleman depending on where you live. I don't recommend buying any besides M&D ones (QPet, Nana Moon, etc.) because they tend to be really bad otherwise. First up is the Crystal Warriors 10th Anniversary game. Info links: English instructions here. Baidu article here. All 130 episodes of Crystal Warriors here. Pics of the box. After doing some research it turns out the cartoon was only 8 years old at the time these were released, but apparently in order to coincide with the Pendulum 20th Anniversaries M&D made this rerelease. The instructions also state that there are 4 different versions, similar to the real Pendulum releases, but this is false and they all have Vritramon. (However, the original release of this did have 4 and had more care features, and there's always a possibility of M&D releasing more in the future.) This probably isn’t going to fool anyone, but is it a bad knockoff? Surprisingly, no. I’ve never played a Digimon before and am not that familiar with them, but from what I’ve seen it is kinda similar. There are 6 different tournaments, and I have 3 more to go. Then, there is a final boss. After that I have to replay through everything again in order to get 200% completion, so nothing will be missed. Recap of Day 1, Sorry no photos this time: I started the Crystal Warrior up, and right off the bat I knew this wasn’t going to be a standard vpet. It’s more of a game that mimics a virtual pet. This was surprising since the Nana Moon minis have all their features entact, but not these. Unfortunately, when M&D pumped these out to cash in on the anniversary Pendulums, they got rid of pet functions. There's still an incentive to check on it, since its power will slowly deplete every few hours. I just put the tab back in when I'm busy since it has a save feature. After reading the instructions and grinding with the 3 games to buy a crystal, it was time to enter the first tournament. Evolving the monster makes it very OP, rendering the Help feature obsolete since using crystals to evolve is necessary to win. I had no idea what was going on, but it was a swift victory. The second one was harder, since I tried relying on the Help. That ended up backfiring, and I lost during the 4th round. For “Help,” there are 3 other characters to choose from, which are from the 3 other versions. Each swapped warrior replaces Vritramon and evolves into its second form to attack, but can only be used once per tournament. Battles only last a few rounds, even if both are still standing. Whoever has the most HP left wins. Since HP doesn’t replenish between rounds, I was lucky to have even made it that far. When you lose, the warrior’s power/training bar stays the same but you have to try again. There’s a progress page that shows total battles won (regardless if the tourney is lost) and the total completion rate. After grinding for more money and rebuying the crystal, it was pretty easy. Rinse and repeat for round 3, and I have 3 more to go. Now, this is kind of a nitpick, but the spritework on this is kind of mediocre. Some of the characters look poorly drawn. I understand that a lot of detail needs to be added in a small space, but sometimes the results leave me scratching my head. I mean, I can kind of see how the sprite matches the drawing, but this was my first impression without knowing what it was supposed to be.

  10. ~THE INTRODUCTION POST~ WHO IS POGO??? A work-from-home digital artist/internet hermit who got her first digital pet in 2002. She rambles a lot and is not apologetic but will highlight the important things in bold to spare your time and/or sanity. She sometimes talks in third person for no reason. Now I am an adult and have my own income to spend irresponsibly and don't have to beg The Powers That Be (Mom) for new Tamas for Christmas. I have a chronic disease that causes joint pain and fatigue (among other things but that's an unrelated story) so my Tamas spend a lot of time paused on days when my hands hurt too much to press buttons or days when I can't stay awake. This causes some weird age/time shenanigans. So keep that in mind as you read please :3 WHAT IS THIS LOG ABOUT??? My experiences with my little Digital Zoo/Beeping Mass/Weird Dragon Hoard. It goes by a lot of names. Some of them are from me, some of them are from my friends. Most of my pets are from the connection series, as they stopped selling them locally after the TamaGO (Tamagotchi Friends never even made it to my area) and are harder for me to fit in my smol budget. I guess that makes a lot of my collection "retro" these days? Logs won't be super in-depth, just my thoughts and observations. THE DIGITAL ZOO: All my pets, and their current stats THE TAMAGOTCHIS: Tamagotchi Connection v1. Male, named Diget (Was supposed to be Digit, lol I can spell), Mametchi first generation. (Although being before the v3 the sprite is the classic ) 2 Tamagotchi Connection v2's. Red shelled one is a Male, named Manny, Marumimitchi second generation. The blue shelled one is a Female, named Annie, and is a Pyonkotchi (I was gifted this one by my younger brother after he found it buried in his closet, this is the character that was on it when I put the battery in.) 2 Tamagotchi Connection v3's. The first one has a silver shell and is a male Kuchipatchi named Wally, 1st gen. The second one is a dark green shell and is a female Mametchi named Oscar, 1st gen (this was also found in my brother's closet and gifted to me). Tamagotchi Connection v4. Female, named Clair(e) (there should be an e on the end but only 5 letters fit, her name was planned out poorly). Memetchi 4th generation. Tamagotchi Connection v5/Familitchi. Family name: POGO? The question mark is because this Tama... has some issues. Namely that the memory resets every time the battery dies. Currently doing some SCIENCE!!1! to see if replacing the battery SUPER FAST once it starts dying will let me keep the data or not. Results currently are mixed, further results are needed. If it proves to be consistently "nope" then I will be looking for a replacement v5 and this will be a parts Tama. It already has a janky button that I cannibalized from a TV remote so it's not in fantastic shape. Currently a Watatchi, Uhyotchi, and LoveZukintchi. 1st gen. 2 Tamagotchi Connection v6/Music Star's. Pink shell is a female Chantochi named Rose, 10th generation (my longest running family tree). Recently married a Shimashimatchi and had a baby boy. Black shell is a female Violetchi named Eden, 1st gen (I bought this one from my other little brother when he got bored with it for like 10 dollars). 1 TamaGO (which might be a Connection v7? Teeechnically???). A Kuchipatchi , male, 6th gen. 1 Tamagotchi Mini (Series 2 I think). Currently a Nyrotchi because ehehehehhh I slept in .__. 1 Tamagotchi Spacey M!X. This one is brand new and I'm still trying to figure it out??? A female... yellow... spoon... thing??? Toddler stage, if you can tell me what this is, please lemme know. 1st Gen. THE NEOPETS: Yellow Lost Desert Aisha Pocket Neopet. Female, amed Angel2 after my original toy, Angel, which was my very first digital pet and I lost it somewhere ;w;. Currently working on getting the last trophy, Copy Cat. Faerieland Deluxe Pocket Neopet. Currently only running the Shoyru, as I have learned from experience that trying to do all 3 WILL result in care misses and game over's. Also, Shoyru > Uni/Poogle, FITE ME. Female, named Mariel, I only have 1 trophy so far, for Cirrus Drop. I also have a Neopets.com account, golden_dragon_111, and a purkle Aisha, just as a footnote, if you want to neofriend me. Won't be mentioned here other than to transfer the trophy codes once obtained. THE OTHERS: Things without batteries for various reasons Series 2 NanoPuppy. Battery lid has cracked and I need to fix that. Also, it keeps dying because I can't figure out how to pause it? I guess the original version had a trick where you could go into the clock and just not set it and that would pause it but it doesn't seem to work on mine. Littlest Pet Shop Digital Bunny. This is a game more than a pet, you don't really take care of it. Not entertaining enough to get one of my limited rechargeable 2032's. Hot Pink My Meebas. BUYING THIS WAS A MISTAKE. It lives on a shelf. If I didn't have to jimmy it open with a butter knife maybe it would be used as a fancy snack holder. But it will never again have batteries.
  11. I've enjoyed reading the logs I've seen here, and have decided to start my own. I'm focusing on my Tamagotchi ON/Meets--this is primarily a log of each generation. Right now I've started the Fairytale ON, though more will be added. Updates should be about every generation, or about every four days. Pictures will be included, of course. :p Blue Fairytale ON - First Generation For my first generation I had a male tama: (Unfortunately I didn't discover the contrast setting until a little later.) All through his youth, Mametchi had spent a lot of time at the resort daycare playing with his friend, Lovelitchi. After she ruined his proposal by trying to propose to him (twice!) he finally managed to propose to her. Naturally, she agreed (after all, she'd just proposed to him twice already). And they lived happily ever after. (For those wondering why I didn't accept the proposal the first two times: I wanted to wait until Mametchi was at full happiness before marrying him off.)
  12. You read that title right: one Cheesy running twenty tamas at once. No pausing. I've already spent money on batteries, so it's too late to back down. Here's what I've got: P2, Angel, Ocean, Osu & Mesu, Morino, Ocean, V1, V2, V3, Oden-kun, V5.5, V6, Tama Go, P's, Dream Town x 2, Mix, 20th anniversary Mini, whatever you call those original remakes, and an ON. If that doesn't add up to twenty then I typed something wrong. I'll be starting in the baby stage whether that means resuming from where I left off or resetting the tamagotchi. I've already resigned myself to the fact that the Ocean will be dead within an hour, but hey. Some of these will be extra fun since I haven't played with them before. I'm trying to figure out my set up/transportation method. I'm certainly going to be putting these in my work locker. My batteries should arrive on the second, then I just have to figure out when I'm off work.
  13. Unoriginal title aside, today I got my ON Magic Purple in the mail! I was surprised at how big the box was, and the tama’s size as well. (Then again, I’ve never seen a color tama in person...) I started it up, and got a Shizukutchi. It was a typical baby stage, and one that I didn’t get many pictures of. An hour later, he evolved into what I expected: Hoshipontchi! He’s super cute. I transferred over a few items from the app, including several banana shakes. I had Hoshipontchi try out the solar car. It went well- until it crashed off screen! I like how he doesn’t sit in the car, but levitates over it. For the rest of the day, I tried to unlock Food Town (Gourmet Street), but his hunger just wouldn’t go down. He had fun at the park and in the pool, though. I bought a flying disc from the shop, set it outside, and an hour or so later Harapparatchi appeared. The blue color looks nice on him, and Hoshipontchi loves his new pet. The day passed, and nothing much else happened. But, he had eaten his fifth rice omelet- just enough to trigger unlocking Food Town! One step closer to the Tama Farm and meeting his future wife, Violetchi. Unfortunately, it was right when he had fallen asleep! Oh well. We’ll try again tomorrow and see how it goes.
  14. Hello everyone And welcome to my first log! I’ve been reading some amazing logs of the members and that got me excited to start one for my Tamas and show you all how I take care of them. This log will include the Tamas I'm running, not necessarily one just so no one get confused I will try and post daily, if not it’s going to be every two or three days. I hope you guys enjoy and if there’s anything you would like to add or say please leave a comment
  15. Hello! here is where i will log about my tamagotchi P1, i will be starting this log soon, so stay tuned!
  16. So... this is a log that is being created for the testing of @Mimitchi06's breeding theory. It begins when i get my Meets. Once the cloning has been finished, this will be a normal tama log.
  17. Generation 1, log 1. 3 years -- 1st generation -- Mametchi It's asleep. Today wasn't that good. It beeped at me the most times out of any day. Maybe it was Josh? I dunno. Mametchi has met a lot of people at the park. Maybe it's missing one of them as much as I miss my friends. I hate summer. Okay so this isn't that good of a start to a log but I'm tired. Maybe tomorrow will be better 😛
  18. hello everyone! i'm katie, also known as tamadonut. i don't know if you remember my old logs, but recently, i have started up two tamagotchis again! here is Rain, the hitodetchi on the v2! she was born to Tomo the kiwitchi. Here is Makoto the masku-shima-mimitchi, on the anniversary mix! he evolved today, and he is so cute! bye for now, tamadonut
  19. I got my tamagotchi pets when I was a young scrub, and eventually abandoned them for a few years, but now I've got batteries in them all and am having another crack at it. This first post will be a general over view of what I've been doing since getting batteries for them all. 29/08/2016 Rose was born on a version three tamagotchi. She quickly became a toddler, a Mizutamatchi. 31/08/2016 Rose became a teen, a very ugly teen, too. A Obotchi. And on this day, I got a battery for my other version three, and a lovely little boy named Gavin was born. 01/09/2016 Gavin aged into a toddler, a Mizutamatchi like Rose was. I started having Gavin and Rose visit each other, they'll eventually marry and have kids. I also drew both Gavin and Rose, plus took a picture of Gavin. The drawn picture quickly became pointless, as later that same day, Gavin grew up into a teen. A Patapatatchi, one of my favourite pets! I also got batteries for my two version sixes. Cyan and Sam, both males. Sam starts of with Classical Music, a robot toy, and a guitar. Cyan starts of with Hip-Hop Music, a toy pirate ship and a Mic. Later both Cyan and Sam aged into Toddlers. Both became Kuchitamatchi. Their musical stuff at the end of the day was His musical stuff is as follows: Sam: Tone: 11 Rhythm: 8 Original: 26 Cyan Tone: 7 Rhythm: 7 Original: 34 02/09/2016 A picture of Sam as a toddler Sam switched to Rock 'N' Roll, and gained a new toy, a panda. Cyan got a new toy also, a car. At the end of the day their stats were: Cyan Tone: 33 Rhythm: 36 Original: 152 Sam Tone: 39 Rhythm: 33 Original: 105 Rose was three at the end of this day, while Gavin was a year old. Then we get to today: 03/09/2016 Both Rose and Gavin are very chubby, so I played with them a little, but they remain fat. The version sixes, Cyan and Sam, both aged into teenagers, both became Kikitchi. Both are a year old and 20 LBs. I'm assuming both will become the same adult, whatever they become.
  20. Prologue/Day 0: June 16, Sunday I attend Tokyo Toy Show's final public day and check out the Bandai booth, which has all mainline Tamagotchi releases on display, organized chronologically. I see the Devilgotchi, and realize that despite owning an Angel back in the 90's, I know very little about its demonic counterpart. I am intrigued by the package's promise of late night shenanigans, and look it up on Yahoo! Auctions assuming it can't run for much more than any other used classic era Tama. I am horrendously mistaken. This toy is WAY too expensive for frivolous curiosity! Why do I want one, anyway? It's no secret I'm stressed about an upcoming interview, and looking for any way to distract myself from anxiety. Sure, I could just pop some fresh LR-44s in any of my P1s or 2s and call it a day, but if I'm gonna impulsively raise a Tamagotchi for the first time in 5 years or so, I want something new, darn it! Late night, I do more research to try and learn more about the Devilgotchi, see if there's another way to play. Then, I discover the old 2006 Tamagotchi Monster APK... Now, I'm not usually one for installing questionable software on my phone, but if I'm gonna do something weird, what better than a digital devil alien from yesteryear? I install the APK and bridge software that allows me to run the ancient app on my Galaxy S9, and around 2:30 AM, DeviZukitchi is spawned from the depths of the Tamagotchi underworld...and promptly hits the hay. Fair enough.
  21. Just now getting back into Tamagotchis after animal crossing new leaf distracted me for a year and a half. I have my purple iDL and green iDLE running at the moment. I seem to be having a hard time getting good care characters. Instead I end up getting either excellent or bad care characters. Do they need to screech at me to count as missed care? Or is it when the hearts get really low? I'm just guessing at this point. Mametchi and Lavulitchi got married yesterday and left me to take care of their Yurapatchi twins. I'm trying not to pay any attention to them now that they are both Kaubotchis. My yellow Tamagotchi P is still in the process of finding its way to my home. I have to start making its protective case and to buy more screen covers. After what happened with my purple idL I'm paranoid to even take my iDLE out in sunlight for even a second.(I know its silly/has a temporary cover right now) I can't crochet so I've been experimenting with sewing fabric pouches to keep them safe. I wish I had a fancy camera to take really nice pictures but I do not. So for now this will be just typing. Purple iDL Hungry Half Full Happy Low Age 1 Green iDLE Hungry three Bowls full Happy High Age 1
  22. So in a recent eBay search, I won a bid for an Angelgotchi, and a half hour ago it came in the mail and I opened it up! My sweet little Angelgotchi hatched and after a quick google search about how it works, how it’s different from other Tamagotchis I’ve used, and whatnot. So, as most Tamagotchis do, my lil Angel was hungry and wanted to play! It’s so cute how the “meal” is a pie! Lucky. The game really threw me for a curve. I was used to the *concept*, like of jumping over obstacles thanks to the V1, but I don’t know what happened. I was kinda struggling with it but I’m getting there! I’m excited, I’ve heard lots of good things about the Angelgotchi and I can’t wait to try myself
  23. So I've recently gotten the Gudetama Tamagotchi. It's a pretty clever idea- I had heard of Gudetama before and seen lots of memes with him (her? them?). Anywho. I found one on ebay, bought it, and it arrived in the mail today! Upon opening it, I was surprised to see how small it was. So different from the rest of mine- it reminded me a lot of the chibi tamagotchi. I started it up at 2:26pm- so for me, it's been going for about two hours. When it first hatched, I saw it had a bonnet! So cute! It is a lot easier than raising any other Tamagotchi I've owned. There are two options, food and game. The game is pretty easy and reminds me of the P1/P2 game where you'd have to guess which way the character would go- for this one, you guess which egg Gudetama is in. It's throwing me for a learning curve that there aren't any meters to check [hungry/happy hearts]. I've already over-fed it a lot!! It loves its soy sauce. And seeing the C-click reaction is puzzling. It says "burp burp"... what does it mean?! Well, maybe in time I'll figure out. Until then, Gudetama and I are just chilling, him being his adorable self
  24. Thought I'd make a post to share my currently active gotchi's. Currently I've got a Gen 1, Gen 2, V1 and Bobby active. Gen 1 turned into Bill yesterday from Masktchi. Bobby hit full body stage but not yet full adult. My gen 2 is currently in the second baby stage (Tonmarutchi) and my V1 is an Oniotchi as of today. EDIT Literally as I posted this, right after my Tonmarutchi evolved into Tongaritchi.
  25. Sorry to start a new log so soon after my previous one but I kinda realized a fault with that one right after I started it: it's hard for me to do a log on a single, specific tama because I'm always switching up what I'm running. So I'm going to return to the style of my previous logs and log all of my tamas instead of just the one. As of right now, I'll be including three tamas in this log: my english iD L from the previous log and two V4.5s I started up recently. One of the first tamas I ever logged about in my OG log was a V4.5 and funnily enough, I have not run a V4.5 since then, so I'm having a lot of fun with them now. The two V4.5s are these shell designs, a transparent purple one that looks like a lava lamp and a green one with a peacock design (I had the purple lava one as a kid but the peacock one is new to me, I like it!): (it's a bit hard to see but they've both got character charms on them as well, the purple one has Yattatchi and the green one has Kuchipatchi!) V4.5 #1 - Maya I actually just got this V4.5 the other day and started it up - I hatched a girl who I named "Maya". She was a Tamatchi as a toddler, which I was happy about because I knew she had a high chance of turning into an Ura Mame teen and I really wanted to go for Horoyotchi. Unfortunately for me, she went and turned into Ura Young Memetchi instead. Oh well, the bright side to that is that now I can go for Ura Memetchi and the secret character, Hanagatatchi. The latter is a character I have not raised in nearly two years. She really is cute, isn't she? I've spent most of the day working on her skill points since she needs 350 Gorgeous points and 50 of the other two categories to evolve into Hanagatatchi. Here's where she stands currently: Oh yeah, and this was interesting too. I've had the dreaded name glitch many times on my V4, but this is my first time encountering it on a V4.5. I've also only ever had the letter move backwards, so the fact that it moved forward two letters is also interesting: I've never seen anyone report that before but I guess it's possible. Oaya! Oh well, for all intents and purposes she will still be Maya in this log. V4.5 #2 - Cody I've actually had this V4.5 for quite some time but this is my first time starting it up. I selected "download" and found a Daiyatchi named Cody - I didn't name him, the previous owner did, but I decided to keep him. It's a pretty rare occurrence that I get a used tama whose download data isn't a dead tama. Since I've already had the other two male Ura Meme adults, I'll be raising his Spiritual points in order to obtain an Ura Togetchi. I've had Togetchi before, but never his Ura counterpart so this should be interesting. Also, it's totally coincidental that I got a boy and a girl both pretty much the same age, but of course the natural thing to do here is marry them, so I'm going to do that when they're older. That worked out great. iDLE I wanted to write this in yellow like my tama's shell is, but obviously that's way too hard to read, so this gold-ish colour will have to do. Not a ton has actually happened since the last time I logged about this one. I kept Perotchi around longer than I probably should have, but I finally married her off last night: She had another girl, who was Momoirotchi and then Paletchi. I'm actually going to be going for Sabosabotchi AGAIN (third one in four gens!) because once again, I'm going to go for Pichipitchi. Now that I know the whole snack thing, it should be easier. I've failed to get her twice now but maybe third time's the charm...
